Phone Scam- Bank Rakyat.

Phone Scam have been so long in this market, Not just in malaysia.

It have been so popular around the world...

Must aware of this..

This morning i have receive a call from so call "Bank Rakyat"

The chinese guy canll me up. This guy can provide me with all my detail, like

1) my full name,

2) IC no,

3) Add,

4) my other phone no.

With all the detail..... I stop, cos it too scary...

Then the guy say i come the their bank and asking for increase in card limit.

Suddenly i nervous and almost going to tell my other detail...

But since i in Banking line before, so i know a bit of bank prosedure and how bank work.

so i just stop my conversation with him.

And i just tell him i don't have any transaction with this bank.

After that he keep asking am i the name he call, my IC correct?

Later i just say he call up wrong person..

The he just hang up his call.. seem like very rude..

Later i try call back, the phone is always busy.. (where got bank customer phone no always busy???)

So i call up Bank Rakyat..

I found out that recently got alot of this Phone Scam using Bank Rakyat name to call up customer.

According to Bank Rakyat, They alr make police report about this..

So beware of this..

If the phone no is : 03-21698888, Please don't tell anything to him.

If they got call u up, u can check with the bank customer service on your status..

Today many incidents happen. I have never been so tension plus aggressive plus angry plus hungry plus disappointed plus worry… I not sure today is good day or bad day for me.

Last night I have not sleep well, because of I dream of my job very difficult. As a property consultant I need to go to a house surrounded by river and the river is full of crocodile. I need to cross the river to enter the house, but there is no boat, no bridge. So I have to cross by swim over. There are a lot of crocodiles. I’m very scare and it’s dark and no light too. The crocodile is attack me, and I no good in swimming. The whole night I have been in this situation. Very tire when wakeup. Who is good in people dream? Who can tell me what is this mean?

Later in morning, I received many miscall in my phone when I on my phone. Not sure is who call me. I did reply some call. I found out that my client is going to admit in hospital. So I help them to arrange and help them to check what document needs to claim and so on.

After I settle I help them, a call come in ask about the car wanted for sell. I not just property consultant, and financial consultant I also know how to help people sell their car for high price and buy for lower price. Mean I can help people in many ways, as long as they trust me. But with all the skill and network I have I still not earning enough to support my daily commitments and expenses. I really need someone can give me a chance to do my own business. I not belong to higher class. I think very different from most of the people. I can see many things that people not see. U can say if I with all this benefit I should be very famous. But the thing is that I now don’t have any real good or outstanding result. Hence whatever I say or advise I give people only say what proof I have and why should I listen to u. This is what people say: “Crazy Man Talking”.

Then alter about 11am, my friend from Sabah call me up. They in Penang for few day, I have bring them few place and bring them to eat good food in Penang. Today they will flight to KL, so I bring them go buy some local famous biscuits “Him Heong”. They not so satisfied because they newly product from “him Heong- Kam Pei Chui” is not ready yet. So they only get the original favors. However I think they will like it because it’s really delicious. YamYam..

Penang things finish, so I rush to Butterworth. When the time I reach ferry I saw my friend car driving by other people. I have no second though, I sms my friend. Then he realizes his car is missing. He gone panic and ask me to stop his car. I help him to stop his car by asking the ferry office help. The ferry office is very helpful, they help me to call port police. When reach jetty all vehicle not allow to go out. All is waiting for port police to come. Now I have seen the other side of human. They keep horning, because ferry reach jetty but not allow to go down. Especially 1 uncle driving a Korean car No plate is PFW2111. He is the first 1 horning, and later when he about to go down he shout at me and scold me because of I’m helping my friend to make a report. Am I wrong? U thinks what should we do to thing kind of people if we have the power of judgments? But this world is like this, all this kind of people is rich and power and they like to bully people. What the world??? Who can answer me???

Now police came and ask me and the guy (who drive my friend car) go out and wait outside. Before my friend come, the guy come and shout at me. I have done nothing wrong. I don’t know why I just let the guy done such thing to me. I just keep quiet and say “the owner is coming, you talk to him”.

In about 15minute my friend reach, now we all follow the port police to the police station. I have no comment on how police work, but one thing for sure is the guy got bank letter to take my friend car. They break in my friend car but did not go make police report.

By law before you break in people car you have to make police report first, even you have the letter from bank.

Another very funny thing is the police call to check about the report make by the car theft take about more than an hour to check. It’s like giving the theft time to make a report. Just a call they can check about the report, why take so long.???? Or they try to cover or protect something??? Who got this kind of experience???

Later the theft boss comes. He is really a mafia. He parks his car in the middle of the road. Even the lady police office already told him to move his car but he still ignore and just walk in the police station. You think this guy already break how many law?? Why he still outside free and do such dirty things and make so many dirty money??? Why??? Why??? Why???

In this case who should be responsible? Parents?? The couture?? People who lead the country?? The world?? Or the money??

Later back to office saw everyone is very busy rushing for something. Normally when we rush to do something we will make a lot of mistake. The mistake will be later cover by someone else or it might spend more time to correct it. Why not start early if you know you got many thing in hand need to be finish by end of the day. But I admit this is human nature, LAZY and DO LAST MINUTE WORK. Because all this human nature, our world now is in suffer. All the vehicle, gas, cut tree open jungle, oil and other. Hence our world now is in great danger like Terminator. After so long talking about this, who is the last person do cover their mistake? IS ME. IS ME who help them send all the document, so I need to check before send out.

Later at night I help my bro to sell his car. It’s not according to plan. Wanted to sell at RM8K but end up only RM6.8K. SO I earn nothing again, and just do extra work and spend extra for my petrol.

On my way go back, my GF call me. And I just share what is happen to me today. Things gone wrong, she close my phone and very angry with me.... What happen here is sensored.. sorry cannot talk bad about this part...

Today is really an experience day in my history. Good things is today I really help a lot of people, but bad things is my kindness is not appreciated because my financial or my job is not stable and cannot support my current situation but still I do so many charity work. I love to help people, but the thing is I don’t have the power or money to let me do this… this is my nature, only if God see me and give me some power I will sure help more people. I need more income… help…

It is called Sutchi and I saw many housewives snatching up the fish at supermarkets as they are really reasonably priced. The fish looks good but read the article and you will be shocked.

My colleague(person who send out this massage) who deals with seafood confirmed that this is true. This product is from Vietnam and unless you know the right supplier which most of us won't, so be safe!

Hi all:Sutchi is sold in Singapore supermarkets and I've got a stinking feeling its the same thing!

To be 100% sure that we're not eating Pangas, better not order fish n chips when eating out!!

Do you eat this frozen fish called Pangas ?( Pangasius, Vietnamese River Cobbler, White Catfish, Gray Sole ) Industrially farmed in Vietnam along the Mekong River , Pangas or whatever they're calling it, has only been recently introduced to the French market. However, in a very short amount of time, it has grown in popularity in France . The French are slurping up Pangas like it's their last meal of soup noodles. They are very, very affordable (cheap), are sold in filets with no bones and they have a neutral (bland) flavor and texture; many would compare it to cod and sole, only much cheaper. But as tasty as some people may find it, there's, in fact, something hugely unsavory about it. I hope the information provided here will serve as very important information for you and your future choices. Here's why I think it is better left in the shops (and not on your dinner plates):

1) Pangas are teeming with high levels of poisons and bacteria. ( industrial effluents, arsenic, and toxic and hazardous by-products of the growing industrial sector, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), DDT and its metabolites (DDTs), metal contaminants, chlordane-related compounds (CHLs), hexachlorocyclohexane isomers (HCHs), and hexachlorobenzene (HCB) ).

The reasons are that the Mekong River is one of the most polluted rivers on the planet and this is where pangas are farmed and industries along the river dump chemicals and industrial waste directly into it. To Note: a friend lab tests these fish and tells us to avoid eating them due to high amounts of contamination. Regardless of the reports and recommendations against selling them, the supermarkets still sell them to the general public knowing they are contaminated.

2) They freeze Pangas in contaminated river water.

3) Pangas are not environmentally sustainable, a most unsustainable food you could possibly eat - 'Buy local' means creating the least amount of environmental harm as possible. This is the very opposite end of the spectrum of sustainable consumerism. Pangas are raised in Vietnam . Pangas are fed food that comes from Peru ( more on that below ), their hormones ( which are injected into the female Pangas ) come from China . ( More about that below ) and finally, they are transported from Vietnam to France . That's not just a giant carbon foot print, that's a carbon continent of a foot print.

4) There's nothing natural about Pangas - They're fed dead fish remnants and bones, dried and ground into a flour, from South America , manioc ( cassava ) and residue from soy and grains. This kind of nourishment doesn't even remotely resemble what they eat in nature. But what it does resemble is the method of feeding mad cows ( cows were fed cows, remember? ). What they feed pangas is completely unregulated so there are most likely other dangerous substances and hormones thrown into the mix. The pangas grow at a speed light ( practically! ) : 4 times faster than in nature¡Kso it makes you wonder what exactly is in their food? Your guess is as good as mine.

5) Pangas are Injected with Hormones Derived from Urine - I don't know how someone came up with this one out but they've discovered that if they inject female Pangas with hormones made from the dehydrated urine of pregnant women, the female Pangas grow much quicker and produce eggs faster ( one Panga can lay approximately 500,000 eggs at one time ). Essentially, they're injecting fish with hormones ( they come all of the way from a pharmaceutical company in China ) to speed up the process of growth and reproduction. That isn't good. Some of you might not mind eating fish injected with dehydrated pee, so if you don't, good for you, but just consider the rest of the reasons to NOT eat it..

6) You get what you pay for - and then some. Don't be lured in by insanely cheap price of Pangas. Is it worth risking your health and the health of your family?

7) Buying Pangas supports unscrupulous, greedy evil corporations and food conglomerates that don't care about the health and well-being of human beings. They only are concerned about selling as many pangas as possible to unsuspecting consumers. These corporations only care about selling and making more money at whatever cost to the public.

8) Pangas will make you sick - If ( for reasons in #1 above ) you don't get immediately ill with vomiting, diarrhea and effects from severe food poisoning, congratulations, you have an iron stomach! But you're still ingesting POISON not poisson.

Final important note: Because of the prodigious amount of availability of Pangas, be warned that they will certainly find their way into other foods: surimi ( those pressed fish things, imitation crab sticks ), fish sticks, fish terrines, and probably in some pet foods. ( Warn your dogs and cats and hamsters and gerbils and even your pet fish! )

So, when you do your next round of shopping of frozen fish, or eating out at cafes / food stalls by choosing fish-&-chips, think twice !!You have been warned !!!

You all Know What? My GF not in town again le...

Last night I send her to airport. On our way to airport happened alot of things. Her flight is 9.45pm. If by normal traffic it will take about 30 minute to reach airport start from Penang Bridge, but last night Penang Bridge is very jam.

By the time we reach bridge is already 8.30pm. Crab!! So we turn back use Ferry. So My Super Car start to be useful..

Very fast we reach terminal Ferry. You know what? Is the same is very very jam. And is already 8.45pm. So i decided to full use of my skill and my super car. I drive back using bridge.

Alot of cornering, and high lighting other car have been done. Its really out of my normal driving style. I know its very dangerous, so im very concentrated. Finally I make it safely to airport by 9.25pm.

Sad thing is she not make it for the flight... this is the service issue of MAS...(I will tell more about this in my next post)...

Luckily Air Asia still have their last flight for her to catch. So i company her and wait till time to check in, I watch her go in... SO....... SO........... SO What??? Freedom LA....:) HaHa... I can do anything now.. What Guys will do when his wife or GF is not around?? What Else... This La... I wait so long, now is the chance... But Remenber to use this. Be a responsible play boy.. This It A MUST..

So today is a very wonderful morning, plus is raining day... If not going any where i Love raining...:) But I need to work. No choice, can not enjoy this Freedom Plus Raining day yet...

Stop Fights Before They Start

Conflict happens when one party tries to impose its will on another: "…as one side dictates the feeling to the other, there arises a sort of reciprocal action, which logically must lead to an extreme." Couples tend to fight when one party tries to dictate the law to the other. Disagreements and arguments are normal parts of any relationship, but conflict can also do irreparable damage. And let's face it, when it comes to emotional argumentation, women are tactical geniuses and men are badly outmatched. Some tips to level the battlefield and stop fight before they start.

Use diplomacy:

Recognize first that every fight is effectively a civil war. Your boyfriend/girlfriend is not an enemy combatant and he/she is not your adversary. And, any damage you do to your relationship is ultimately damage that you do to yourself. In the end, you both want the same thing, which is a fulfilling and satisfying relationship with a partner who respects and understands you.

Defuse potential issues:

Women tend to let things simmer, which is not conducive to helping you stop fights before they start. Your partner might let a situation develop for weeks before something (even something completely unrelated) finally triggers an ear-blistering, weekend-ruining outburst. You need to defuse that bomb before it goes off. If she suddenly gets moody or distant, call her on it and find out what's bothering her as soon as you can. Get to the root of her problem before it becomes your problem -- just don’t call it “her” problem.

Look, every relationship requires compromise, but you can't stop fights before they start if you surrender before there’s an issue, which would mean that you’re a complete pushover. Women won't respect a man who doesn't stand up for himself. Don't let her make all the decisions just to avoid "rocking the boat." Steer clear of categorical statements like: "You always do this" or "You're never willing to compromise." If you call her "selfish" or "inconsiderate" in the heat of the moment, she will remember, and you can guarantee she'll bring it up again the next time you have a disagreement. Woman are very sensitive creture..

Plan a preemptive strike:

Women tend to start fights when the men in their lives get lazy. Admit it; there's an inverse correlation between the amount of effort you put into your relationship and the amount of time the two of you have spent together. Guys often do just enough to avoid getting yelled at, but you can stop the yelling before it starts if you take some initiative. Cook her dinner once in a while or plan a romantic getaway and you’ll surely stop fights before they start. It's essential to recognize that this strategy only works proactively.

Contrary to conventional wisdom, sending her candy and flowers won't earn you forgiveness if a fight has already started. You can't buy your way out of an argument, but with a little foresight you might be able to prevent one before it starts.

1st of August is my relationship anniversary with my 'GF', but because of 1st of August is on Friday so we decided to celebrate it on Yesterday(Saturday).

So our day started with little fighting over the phone. But me as 'A Man' I stop this fight to grow stronger. (fighting is good for health..)

She say she wanted to eat 'Pan Mee' so i bring her to the famous 'Pan Mee' at Bukit Jambul. I order 'Pan Mee, Loh Mai Kai and deep Fried Crab.

This Deep Fried Crab is maded by crab meat, vege, egg, onion to mix together then deep fried. Yam Yam...
This is my favourite 'Loh Mai Kai', I love it very very much. But poor me, my 'GF' Eat more then half then left no more then 1/3 to me..:( she is Cool Blooded Murder.

This is 'Mua Chee', traditional Food. You cant find this at restaurant.

After finish we went to Queensbay Mall. She bought this Sun Glass.

A man walked into one of the largest bank in New York and heading to the loan department, got into the manager room and sit down.

Q: "How may i help you, sir? " Loan manager smile at the man at the same time looking at the man that well dressed with branded clothes and luxury watch.'

A: "I wanna borrow some money." The man replied.

Q: "No problem , sir. How much you intend to borrow?"

RM625 FUEL SUBSIDY

KUALA LUMPUR, Thursday – Pos Malaysia Berhad (PMB) announced that in line with decision made by the Government on fuel subsidy, PMB has been appointed as the agent for disbursement of this subsidy to eligible vehicle owners. Eligible Malaysians can start to claim the subsidy at all 686 post offices countrywide effective on 1 July 2008.

As announced by the Government, vehicles with valid Road Tax from 1 April 2008 until 31 March 2009 are entitled for the annual subsidy. Owners of cars up to 2,000 cc as well as pick-up trucks and jeeps up to 2,500 cc will receive RM625 for each vehicle. Motorcycles up to 250 cc will receive RM150 each.

Vehicle owners who come personally to make the claim at post offices shall be paid in cash. Those who appoint third parties to claim on their behalf shall receive the Money Order that will be mailed directly to the owner’s address that is furnished to PMB when making the claim.

Further details of the procedures and related documents required for the claim will be announced soon.

“PMB, through its extensive network of 686 post offices countrywide will be ready to serve our customers in handling the subsidy payments in a convenient and timely manner,” said Datuk Abu Huraira Abu Yazid, Acting Managing Director / Group Chief Executive Officer of PMB.

Already been few night i not sleep well, last night worst cos i only rest for few hour.
Very pressure as my target for me now is sky high, but i will make...

Early this morning my lunch appointment have been 747....

When i wait my dear in her car, a crazy guy Horn me crazily. i don't why.
Then he come knock at my window n scold me for not move out for him to park but d i did not block d car park..

OK after lunch, my dear say she want go online, so i suggest she come to my office but she don't want and show her face because she want go spend some time & money at ones of the cafe.. But i cant go cos I'm working n need to follow up customer case. end up we not going also.

after 1 hour, i have no mood to work so i thinking of just go find my dear cos just now she like not happy, so i call her.. unfortunately something happen again...
Then we have a very big fight..

Then few minute later, i client call up and complain for something nonsense, luckily after i explain n do some extra service, finally he come down and say thank u too.

The day not yet over, someone call me up to check her April payment on card statement?
after i check, is already pay, but she argue with me that her card statement not show anything. finally i teach her to read her card statement and she only understand that the statement is for march... What the university student and with high salary in factory and is going to work in Singapore soon but DON'T KNOW HOW TO READ A CARD STATEMENT!! what the world...

Still got one and half hour before end of today..
i better go rest early to prevent more bad thing..:(

Online business is not easy, it need lot of Research, Interest, Time, and some Luck plus some Modal(compare with traditional business).

Studies have shown at least 90% of the online business is losing money...

But since the modal of online business is not much, you can give a try..

It take some time for me to get familiar with this platform.
Need to read and try before i can get start it...

Blog is a very fun n power tools for us to express our feeling,
opinion, idea, & blah blah blah blah..... that we can do it on normal life
or we a not recognize by other...

But i have found out that people do use blog to earn for living.
Income is unexpected.:)

For politiction, they do use blog to strengthen their position.
